Commercial loan

hello all,  I am looking at buying a commercial property in Michigan. This 4+ residentialnuthas great cash flow with low operating costs.  A couple issues I'm coming across are: I've never done a commercial loan and am unfamiliar with the process, and I live in California and many of the Michigan banks I've called only deal with local investors.  I have talked to one national lender nut their fees are very high. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
