The lawyers are all over this topic, and there is an awareness in the marketplace.  

A certified letter to tenant stating signing a lease albeit MTM is required for the owner.  

From that point you can strategize on how to deliver that information i.e. in person/certified letter/property manager.

I want to become a certified Loan officer does anybody know of where I could take the education needed  to pass the test in a class form and not online seems like everything offered is online ..
