Searching CountyProperty Records - Need help

Newbie here trying my hand at compiling a marketing list from the county records site. I am having some difficulty figuring out what some documents mean. Here is a list of document names I have come across, any help would be appreciated.

I dont wang to waste unnecessary time pulling up dead end documents
