How to evict tenants in a multi family apartment ?

Hello. I would like to know how does a landlord approach or  evict tenants in a 16 unit apartments located in the 2nd and 3 Rd floors without conflict and without affecting the 7 commercial tenants in the 1st floor ?

Evictions will have nothing to do with any other tenants of the building. Study your state landlord tenant regulations and serve the eviction papers as required by the code.
