So I’m brand new to the real estate market and need advice.

Good afternoon all,I am brand new to the real estate game and only have information that I have gathered from other people and reading and listening online.

Much of it was name-brand like Gabberts.

Eric - I'm probably not really qualified to answer that as I am brand new but my guess is that would be at the upper limit of the range

Starting a podcast and youtube channel is great way to expand your brand and create digital assets. 

Half way through the loan, the principal paydown gets faster, so they are trying to point out that every month you own a higher portion of the property than you would with a brand new mortgage.CommentaryIn my opinion, that is a lot of brain damage and not great returns for $75K out of pocket and only $10K of equity capture at the start. 

How much did it cost (I'm thinking 1 bd, 1 br)?  and

Unless the units are going to be remodeled and rent upped or if the units are brand new I'd look for a better deal.
