Also when things are good like it has been last 7 years or so.. many people jump in .. when things slow a ton.. many get out.. those that can last through the ups and downs after about 10 to 15 years there it is a great job and living.. my wife is perfect example of that. 

The buildings are 100% paid off and have been kept up really nice over the years, the problem is the area isn't the best and is on the slow upturn from the bottom of the market. 

We have had great cashflow so far, but our market is seasonal, so I am expecting things to slow down come winter.

I have been getting leads but I feel that this confusion slows me down.

Basically lots of fees, slow closing time.

Can 4-5 months of Airbnb in the fall/winter potentially make up for the contractor costs, or does the Airbnb market slow down enough that we should do the work ourselves?

If the air filter is dirty it can restrict airflow causing it to "run slow".
