I always go overboard on TDSs    Hell I even give the one I got from my seller.  

In my experience (and I own in four different states), those reports are nice but already outdated.

Not many accounting and PM software do this but any accountant who understands PM and CAM will know what to do.I've done my fair share of CAM recs.
