Probate vs tax deed auctions
What would be an easier strategy to start buying property.
Buying property that is in probate using some creative financing options
Or
Buying tax deeds at auctions or treasures office?
Also, why do you choose that option vs the other option?
how would you go about doing your strategy as a beginner to be safe?
