Care to tip me?

Some of my S8 tenants keep the best houses and my worst tenant is a regular tenant. 

I'm data driven and would love to immerse myself in IL, AL, MC specific property, demographic and investor-centric data sources the same way I've done in my previous area of focus.

Short of selling my entire portfolio, the liquid capital for the down-payment remains unattainable. 

In the spirit of Goal Setting, here are my top 5 Tips for ensuring you set goals with the highest probability of success. 1.
