Thanks @Daria B.Yup, same language as the bank has if you cxl insurance on your mortgaged residence...regarding the tenant, it's a notification clause that identifies you as an interested party, but not obligated to pay the insurance or responsible for any of the happenings, just that if they lapse, you get a notification as well as the policy holder. 

You can't evict a voucher holder without good cause, anywhere, because the federal rules are the same across the board.  

If the plaintiff is a lender or note holder, its a foreclosure

Students and temporary visa holders fall into this category.There are also many people who reside in the U.S. illegally who do not have a valid SSN or ITIN.

Each DPA program varies however most buyers never read it and loan officers often times only talk about the pros not the cons to potential borrowers.I doubt the DPA lien holder or loan servicer is looking at county eviction records to exercise a due on sale and make their total loan payable but if they are you may want to get your options prepared ahead of time.

Just got an email from my Rent Processing company.The rent for August was stopped.Return Reason: Payment StoppedDetails: The Payer or account holder requested the payment be stopped by their bank.This is probably going to court now because of the way things are panning out.Called my Attorney.

They determine the rent a voucher holder can have, based partly on their income and ability to afford their portion plus utilities.  

They don't guarantee a problem-free tenant.There are Section 8 voucher holders who have good credit and references.
