Since I don't have time to interview GCs, I'd like to know that SOWs will be managed and executed on time without me having to manage assorted sub-contractors at different properties. 

Many of the folks I met at this event were in fact realtors probably more than 20 people I talked to ... and they know the score ..... your not really going to learn anything different on BP than the material you probably got from the Guru class its all the same info there is only so many ways to do REal estate just take the material you got and execute with it...

At the end of the day your relying on a third party sponoser to execute and not all folks can execute.

I'm still in the learning mode, pre-execution, so networking would be my goal.Full disclosure, I'm a real estate agent, but that's more of a toolkit in my own toolbox for the moment, until I get some more experience where I might be useful to investors.Holler sometime if you want to meet for coffee and talk investing.

Greetings,I have 10 years Realtor experience and a STRONG desire to start executing outside the NAR Box. 

With this being said, I am having a hard time seeing a way in REI that I can pursue until I reach our ending destination (still TBD) where we will reside for 6 to 8 years.Is it realistic to put together a business plan and execute a deal (if there is one that surfaces) within six months and use one of the strategies that does not involve much investor time after the deal is done (wholesaling, Use a property manager, etc)?

Is it still possible to execute successful deals?

I'm not a real estate agent, but my understanding is I can still use this contract form, but I've also heard a rumor that it's not binding if not executed by a licensed agent?
