Thus far all of my REI is out of state, and none of it on the West Coast.  

I know Denver is HOT HOT HOT but this is a project 2 hours to the west in a smaller, but equally hot market.Speculating on 1.4 acres with old farm homes on site but seeking developers opinion.

Don't be afraid of the west side ;) buying at $115k and selling at $160k ARV is not a home run, but when you flip 2 a month it's great pay.3.

Not sure if we'll do it, but the idea is really interesting to us.We currently live just West of the Loop and really like the areas West and NW of the Loop.

Bwi meetup on west nursery road is awesome.

I don't know to much about the Northeast area as my stomping grounds are Cary and West Raliegh, which would be tough to find something near your budget.

I've been to most of the REIA meet ups in the Tampa Bay Area but try to attend most of the TBREIA, PCREIA, and Mountain West IRA.  

Ideally in the mountain west or pacific northwest.
