Newbie from Tampa, FL

Hi everyone, 

My name is Rodrigo, I am a Real Estate investor from Tampa, FL. I have an awesome family, which includes my wife and the most beautiful girl in the planet. She is 9. We also have a dog, called Angel, that is everything but an angel. 

I am brand new to America, and am still learning a lot on this market. I have bought some properties (most of them condos) in my area, and I am either using the BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR strategy or fix and flip, depending on the ROI.

My interest areas include tax deed sales, tax lien sales, funding, overages, flipping, BRRRR strategy and everything that can create wealth.

I am also addicted to learning. I listento BP podcasts almost everyday (believe me, when you are 120 episodes behind it is not easy to get up to date), I read a lot, talk to other people everyday.
