In some areas, there are limitations on the types and ages of home you can bring in these existing subdivisions which vary by area. 

Based on what Darren said above, sounds more complex than just a standard conventional. 

I like the system as a good desktop alternative to cloud based offerings.

I've heard the Zinser shellac based primer does a better job at locking in odors as opposed to Kilz...or make sure it is an oil based Kilz...Here's a link to a BP cat litter flip forum post from a few years back...half way down page 5 he talks about the smell removal process. https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/88/topics/133059-cat-li...Are shellac based products still legal here in CA? 

Hey Jared - I recently had to get my roof redone and worked with an amazing roofer based in Bayonne named Anthony Lawra.

I'm based near Denton, my "footprint" extends down to Ennis, over to Bowie, and all the way over to Paris. 

When dealing with tenants and especially low income tenants here are a few thoughts based on 20 years experience and a few evictions:1.

The "income" is based on the income of the property.  

It's strange that you've had little interest in the portfolio of properties...unless they're not producing income or improperly priced based on location, condition, etc.

I am based out of Columbus, but am starting to expand to Cincinnati as well.
