Still looking for my first property have had a couple of offers turned down but feel it getting close now.Anyway - I have a bit of a unique situation that I am hoping someone has come across before and can give me some guidance (I searched previous posts on the boards but haven't found this discussed).I've been looking at a property that is listed as a 2br/1ba. 

The experience is amazingly wide ranging. 

We have already been in touch with numerous real estate agents and are going to be able to find a house within this price range.

Somewhere in the $500 - $1,000 range, I'm guessing.

Go shopping for something that cash flows in the $400,000 range. 

I believe they are around the 10X10 to 10x12 range.
