Rent-By-Room Minimum Size

Hi All,

I am looking into doing my first house hack. I have walked through a couple of prospective properties, and the rooms are extremely small in these single family homes. I believe they are around the 10X10 to 10x12 range. Does anyone have a minimum square footage for rooms that are manageable for rent by room for young adult tenants? (Students/Recent graduates)
