Hey all!

I'm exploring the possibility of small scale multi-family development in South Bend (e.g. duplex). Anyone have good contacts I can connect with to discuss potential project designs and corollary estimate PSF construction costs in the current market? Would love to connect with someone building locally, though if you have trusted online resources for PSF ranges, I could make do there for a pro forma.
