The TSP works great, as they like that better for fund sourcing versus business funds.I've also handled certain aspects of my rehabs using 0% interest credit cards for things like flooring, appliances, hvac, foundation.

Hello, when investors are seeking private or hard money capital, what’s the risk of that potential lender stealing your deal? Do you typically share the property address or just the numbers to protect the deal?

I know 3 X times monthly income is needed to rent a place , between my pension and 457 b withdrawals , I will meet income requirements, credit scores are good for both, credit card is high but I am managing it with no problem, tenant record is excellent (never late on rent payment on my life), after this brief summary, these are my questions/concerns:-How landlord/rental property feel about this situation when there is no W-2 income to present?

You can save to named lists and has built in $.30/per skip trace 30% hit ratio (but barely usable) post cards (no dynamic data) and email with no dynamic data and ringless voice mail which if you've tried a RVM campaing at least for me its very ineffective.
