Credit Card/ Hard Money Lender
Since hard money lenders lend out for 70% Arv are investors able to use their credit card to pay for the rest of the project which would be the 30% left over ?

@Clifford Laguerre generally no, because the lender will require a downpayment at closing. Just FYI, the 70% should include your rehab. You should be all in, purchase and rehab for, ideally, 70% or less of ARV
