Trouble with Listsource.com

Hey guys. I could really use some help from anyone who uses Listsource for leads. I am new to the game but many have told me they use Listsource to purchase list. I've tried twice and have been unsuccessful. I was told I had to use PayPal by the phone reps when I called to make my purchase using my credit card. After explaining to the rep that the website said to call if I was using a credit card, I was transferred numerous times and eventually sent to a voicemail! Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Thanks.
