I see potential---Just that I'm not sure if there's anything concrete to back that besides cheap houses and high cap rates (potentialy)--Besides commercial building (I beleive on 32nd and scatterfield) are there any other concrete examples of jobs expanding or anything like the I69 being possible expanded?

I understand that there is also risk involved with the plumbing  a pipe encased in concrete will be harder to fix/replace than one in the ceiling of a basement or in a crawlspace.

Seller does not have to respond if they think your offer is low, or has no financing commitment, or no bank statements to back it up.Maybe your offers need a polish, and my guess you are offering too low.If your offer is professional and listing agent knows your agent generally they respond in two days.
