@Eric SiebertIn my opinion, you should have an LLC from the beginning of your real estate investing career, even if it is the first property.You can form an LLC in Nebraska, for instance, and register the LLC to do business in Wisconsin, so you don't have to create a separate LLC in Wisconsin.It's worth it for peace of mind.
