Looking at buying a unit at tax sale, starting out!

Hey all! I'm looking at trying to buy my first unit at tax sales this September in Ohio. I don't have a lot of capital but I'm looking at brining around two thousand dollars for it and seeing if I get lucky. I'm going with my mentors, while they also are looking to buy a few units so I wouldn't be going there blind. But just wondering if anyone has any tips or things to keep an eye out for since I'm just starting up. Thanks!
