@Gururas Khalsa In general, having a keyword in the domain is preferable for search rankings, while using your company name is better for long term branding.However, neither of these are hugely important.Far more important, in my opinion, is picking a domain name that is easy to remember and spell. :-)

What is the vacancy like in your neighborhood for other units?

I have my real estate license and am currently working with a few investors searching for larger multi family units.  

I hear the guests and hosts on the podcast talk about giving a letter ratings to neighborhoods.

@silvia Hansen It's a fast moving market and the weird thing about FW is that the neighborhoods are very hit or miss.

We have closing attorneys in NC so once I have a signed contract I send the paperwork to the attorney and he will do a title search and prepare the closing docs.

Fortunately, in my search for properties I recently crossed paths with a realtor who was also an investor.

I found the markets that I wanted to be in and I ran Google searches and cross referenced with Map Quest to verify I was getting all the facilities.  

Scotsman Guide has a great resources.. you can search which lenders lend in your states, and up to what %LTC / %ARV, their parameters, etc..
