Fix and Flip Financing

Hello! I'm new to BP and am interested in getting started in investing in fix and flip properties. I'm wondering what HML people have had success with in the past. I'm also wondering for those who have done flips in the past, what they wish they would've known before they started. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Not really in agreement with the previous statement ..

All lenders really want is their money. The headache of taking over a property especially smaller fix and flips isn't what the lender is signing up for if they actually fund your deals.

Some lenders that I know, in a case of default would rather sell the note than take over the property.
