I can only imagine how hard it would be to show the other units.I almost threw up during the walk-thru & had a headache that lasted the rest of the day.

if it does 9k a month, this purchase was better than I could have ever imagined as I am purchasing it for a 3rd of what it was acquired for in 07.

That's why sometimes people are so reluctant to jump in and help these days.Can't imagine what would have happened had I deposited the check and withdrew the money.

That was barely 2 months after buying my own residence which needed a ton of repairs also, you could only imagine the hoopla I went thru with family for venturing in too many directions at once.

Getting a mentor would be great but I don't imagine too many people being open to giving away their knowledge and time for free to a stranger....am I right in thinking a certain element of luck is involved or is it fairly common?

I would imagine all departments would have properties they don't really need.

I can't imagine it's a general, or consumer law on granting credit.

So I shop for new financing, and I contact every single major bank you could imagine (my poor credit).

I can't imagine why anyone would consider sending money to any of these badly written, obviously fake web sites.If they're so eager to throw their money away, send it my way.
