We're living in a time of rampant polarization, which is directly effecting every aspect of life, but more importantly, and for the purpose of this post, real estate.

If a unit is that drastically underpriced depending on the rent I don’t think it would take long to recoup the vacancy aspect.  

I myself am the agent, I do not use a GC but rather subcontractors I have built relationships with over time, I like this strategy better to be able to hold each trade responsible for their aspect of the job rather than putting it in the hands of a GC also allows us to save $$$

I was concerned with the thoroughness of the inspection aspect so thank you for providing your experience with that.I see the neighborhood rating as being a tough one with not being familiar with the areas I'm looking at.
