Hello, I've read a few post on here about this subject but really no hard answer.

I’m finding it somewhat hard to find solid and straightforward information about the process and rules.

I keep hearing about having a LLC when talking to lenders I need to use hard money to get started what is a llc and how do I find out any help would be appreciated thanks

If you are only booking a few times a month going to be hard to get somebody to work with you unless you pay them more.

I had no idea what I was getting into and have never worked so hard and had so much fun at the same time.

Most parts of RI have a high demand for good rentals so getting a good tenant in by Jan 15th shouldn't be too hard depending on the area.  

@Lydia Bolling most of the hard work can be done anywhere you have an internet connection so your lunch hour and after the kids go to bed are perfect times to do research, if you don't have enough time maybe the solution is to narrow the search so that you have less properties to sift through
