You can also check the tax data base for out of area owners who have bought property in the last year.Also check Craigslist for landlords...call and ask if they're interested in more properties at a great discount.Throw out a few bandit signs around the neighborhood....But the BEST way is to know what your buyers want first, then go out and find it.

That will generally average enough comps in a neighborhood for reliable data, it indicates an active market and one in demand.

If anyone has any ideas on some other way I could put this together, please let me know.I was also looking at listsource but it seems that CT has limited data on deed types with transfer prices..maybe I am using it wrong or maybe our data is limited here.
