Mike from PA.

Real Estate Experience: I'm just a finder for tons of private lenders. I look for deals they might make loans on. They get cake and I get a crumb.

I used to broker asset recovery deals for Fortune 100 / 500 companies.

Now I just scour the net and NAR listings for deals.

Real Estate Goals: Finding many deals as opposed to going crazy looking for that one elusive huge deal. They're rare birds.
