Perhaps my followup question belongs on a different thread(might do that anyway), The markets that I am in, I learned on my own.  

So, basically fringe West Seattle, Highline, White Center, etc.

There is a pretty good contingent of military (I'm one of them) on this forum, especially centered around the Virginia Beach area.

I might mention that power must run that well and, unless buried, power lines must run over someone's property to reach the wellhead and pump.Unless you own the RM and obtain title to property as successful high bidder from foreclosure (risky in this case) you're probably better off getting capacity, powers and authority by opening probate to legally control title and possession.So, the opportunities are centered around control of title, possession AND reduction of secured debt. 

I am a residential real estate agent in Center City Philly, and I love my job.  

They are the social center of the neighborhood.

So if you put 25% down say on a strip center for 1 million to buy a 5 million center and obtain cash on cash in the teens annually then the other 2 million and properties are not affected.

Are all the belongings still there?
