Welcome to the site Thomas!  Great that you are committing to being involved on the forums even though you don't know how yet.  I found that I spent a lot of posts welcoming others in my area until I found a niche.  I love Seattle, but am currently living a few hours south focusing on low income buy and hold.  BY south of Seattle do you mean the grittier part, I know that area is changing... Cheers!
