Hello my name is Rashanda Harris, and I am new to real estate investment. My husband Kwame and I have been discussing real estate investment for 4 years and he will be retiring from the military after 24 years in 1.5 years, so we've decided it is now or never. The goal is income properties to hold and flipping eventually. Kwame would prefer to do this full time after retirement as his fulltime 'job', so we have been ordering books and hitting the internet to read as much as possible.

We look forward to the wealth of knowledge and information here on this site, and always willing to learn from members willing to share information.

We have not determined where we will live after retirement but our options are Florida or Texas. We have been working on clearing debt, saving and living off one income. Any feedback we welcome.
