I'm choosing to pursue a Facebook marketing campaign instead of a direct mail marketing campaign.  

For example, I would imagine that marketing campaign targeting SFH’s would focus on targeting distressed or motivated home-owners, VS a MF strategy, which would focus on targeting owner/investors.

Could you use the money for a marketing campaign to find an off-market property?

It is a good idea to calculate a realistic to you monthly budget for 5-7 months before beginning a campaign.
