New Hampshire Vacation Rentals
Has anyone invested in single or multi family vacation rentals in North Conway or Seabrook, NH? What are the pros and cons of these areas? Have you found that it is difficult to rent these homes out in the spring and fall?
Best,
Scott

I have a rental in Bartlett NH and about to purchase a cash flowing property in the village of North Conway. The numbers are very good. Currently using a property manager but am looking to wean off. I have automated most of the work at this point on my Bartlett property and have started using Facebook ads this week and I am already getting responses. In North Conway and Bartlett you have to pay 9% state meals tax as well.
April and half of may are tough to rent, some of November is difficult as well. Rest of the time has been good. Holiday weeks/weekends I am charging 400-500 per night...
