After writing 50+ offers, seeing a ton of properties and dealing with agents on the other end, I definitely felt like I could hold my own at that point.Additionally, find a brokerage that has a great training program.

If you were to suggest a brokerage for a new agent who would you recommend?

Believe me, very small percentage in the retail brokerage industry teaches the trade of being a professional real estate agent, the individual agent needs to be motivated enough to learn this on their own.

Network with people, walk into brokerages and shop the deal.

If you enjoy it and pass the practice exam then sign up for the full package of classes.....get thru that and then sit for your state and national exam.Once you do that you're ready to start looking for brokerages to join.When you say you've heard mixed information, what does that mean exactly?
