I have some cash but don’t want to use it, nor do I want to pay over $3.2k/mo for a mortgage in OC/SOCAL as my “pockets” aren’t that “bigger” yet.

They aren't perfect, but as other have pointed out, they are still free (to me).I absolutely agree that this platform wont scale past the units we currently have.

Hello BP World,My name is Frankie Richiez and I excited to gain some knowledge and education regarding the real estate investment world. 

It could either mean their really ready to retire and have been lazy or in my opinion things aren't as good enough to track.

They honestly aren't the best to work for, since most of the time they aren't loyal, they undercut your commission, and most are unrealistic. 

Since I'm still a selling agents and those commissions aren't part of the income of the brokerage except for the portion of the commission that is owed to the brokerage (just like other agents in the company)--how should the commissions on personal sales be reported?

We aren't sure which market(s) to invest in and a good deal doesn't necessarily mean a good deal if it is in a not so good area.  

Id still carry an umbrella on the LLC holdings,  Some insurance companies aren't able to write for LLCs though so you definitely need to have this conversation with your agent.
