Hello BP World,

My name is Frankie Richiez and I excited to gain some knowledge and education regarding the real estate investment world.  I am interested in rental properties and managing those properties.  I am in the beginning stages of this process and I am currently reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide.  I envision starting with House Hacking to get started.  I am in the process of saving for a down payment so that I can begin this journey.  I recently spoke with someone at my work who opened my eyes to this world and I definitely wish I had that conversation earlier in my life but I am a firm believer that it is never too late to get started.
