Hi guys and girls, my name is Mike G. from Las Vegas, my background in real estate is up to this point mostly education but I am taking massive indiscriminate action and acquiring properties. Im currently a reservist in the US Navy and Im looking to get my real estate license this year. My goals are yo execute the BRRRR strategy on multifamily properties and then purchases value add mobile home parks for investments. I found Bigger Pockets 2 years ago but im shy and it took me a while to get engaged and realize that were all just students of the game of real estate and some are farther along their journey than others and that is no excuse for me NOT to network and get to know many of you on here and tap into everyone's experience and knowledge and resources to build up my rental portfolio and to help others along the way as my knowledge and experience grows over time.

Looking forward to making some great connections, personal and business and hope to do some deals with some of you. . so I will check back and stay in touch with any and all who reaches out to me.  Again my key points are:

Multi family, creative finance, seller carry, hard money, private money, BRRRR, mobile home park investing, financing, VA loans, veterans in real estate.

Im humbled to be here and be a part of this great community and thats why i went PRO and will stay PRO. Now that Im outta my shell its time to start taking advantage of all the opportunities that are here waiting for me.
