This is straight from Mobile Home University..

In 2012 I graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing with a concentration in Social Media and a Minor in Sales.I currently live in the community of Woodway with my fiance and our two dogs Pendleton and Sadie.

I went to the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and majored in Poly Sci.

I was interested in renting rooms of a building to international students because they tend to be willing to pay more in rent and because, Portsmouth being a University city, they're not hard to find.

I have my college degree from Lambuth University B.B.A. major in accounting minor in general business.

I have always loved real estate and I have a Construction Engineering and Management degree from Marquette University.

Our only daughter is in her second year at the University of Arkansas that costs her 14k a semester in tuition alone.  

My early interests are B & C grade single family dwellings and apartment complexes for (Buy and hold) opportunities but with my oldest daughter in University I have discovered there is a real market opportunity is college towns with purchasing homes near campus and renting out  the bedrooms to students who want a little more independence than dormitories offer.

I am thinking of a little town called kerrville near Shriners University.
