Starting my journey to add a new "vein" of diversity to my current investment practices. I'm a bit green by most standards apart from the purchases and sales of my homes over the years. As a mid-career executive in the corporate world you can miss the "rush" you enjoyed during the climb and while I won't ever leave......I need a new "passion" and I've long harbored an interest in real estate investment. In my early 40's and ready to soak up the plethora of information I have already found on this site. More importantly, I'm looking to develop a close network of friends and business associates with whom the journey can be personally and professionally rewarding. Individual investing is great...but the best rewards I have ever obtained were through teamwork.
