Hello All, I recently signed up here on BiggerPockets and have been pursuing through a lot of posts, there is a tremendous amount of knowledge and helping RE professionals here. I haven't seen much regarding construction and building questions and feel it is an intregal part of the Real Estate investing process. 

 I have been building homes from San Diego CA and surrounding communities, to  Sacramento/Roseville to Bend Oregon for the last 20 years. I have built custom homes and project managed multiple 200 plus unit condominium communities and everything else in between. Currently I am living and building in Bend Oregon and I love the market we have here right now it is crazy and we can't build homes fast enough for the people moving to this amazing town.

I thought I would just let you all know that if you have questions about construction related activities, rather it is regarding a quick fix and flip to buying a lot and building a new home, I might be able to help you with some of your questions.
