If I was doing lending (which I don't) I would want to know the foreclosure laws and tricks of the trade for every state and county I lend in.

Or if you have any helpful tools, tricks, or words of advice I am open to receive.

After reading scary amount of books on real estate investing and listening to BP podcasts, I realized that knowing how to estimate an ARV, knowing tips and tricks when doing a rehab project, and having experience in construction or working for or as a general contractor is invaluable.I currently live in Studio City, CA and would love to connect and talk to some contractors, developers, construction managers about their career and how I should go about getting experience in those fields.I am very hungry to learn more and want to gain more hands on experience.

There are definate tricks to increase your credit worthness.: 1st Don't be late 2st try not to exceed 30% of your available credit.

As such, I assess the % of neighborhood turnover by evaluating things in person.If you want to start with looking at city data to get a grasp on macroeconomic trends and the job market, I think that's great, but once you hone in on a specific area I would suggest investing the time and money to travel out there and get a feel for specific streets before you put money into a deal.

If that is the case, I think you can see the trend that will continue into the future.
