Working for a contractor/developer/project manager

Hi BP community!

I want to gain some experience in rehabbing Single Family homes or residential Multi Family properties. After reading scary amount of books on real estate investing and listening to BP podcasts, I realized that knowing how to estimate an ARV, knowing tips and tricks when doing a rehab project, and having experience in construction or working for or as a general contractor is invaluable.

I currently live in Studio City, CA and would love to connect and talk to some contractors, developers, construction managers about their career and how I should go about getting experience in those fields.

I am very hungry to learn more and want to gain more hands on experience. I work very hard and always try to put my best effort into what I am doing. I know I can bring value to other professionals by working for them and I could prove that if someone is willing to give me a chance.

So if anyone has any advice on how to get some work experience working for a contractor/developer or if you are that person, I'd love to talk to you!

Thank you everyone.
