Meeting Topic: Meghan Tech, Trends and Tricks of Real Estate Investing

I am super excited about this months speaker. We are very lucky to have Megham McCullum, live and in person this month. I had the pleasure to hear her speak at a real estate conference last year and was blown away. She has lots of energy and even more practical knowledge. She brings a unique prospective on investing and will be talking about Tech, Trends and Tricks of Real Estate Investing.

Meghan McCallum is the owner of McCallum Real Estate, and is a skilled investor who does everything she can to make a deal work! Recognizing there was a need to provide her clients with more than the standard services that most investors offered, Meghan started her own investment property business five years ago.

After 14 years in the fire service, she became a full-time real estate investor and is partnering with new companies and other investors who specialize in their own niches. Due to her exposure to almost every form of real estate investing she is quick to spot a trend and is ready to pivot, as change occurs. For Meghan it's not just about buying properties or rental management, it's everything that comes in-between too -- the what, the why, the when and the how, and of course those little surprises in every venture.
