That means (2) people have to get a commission for you to use that Lo at that lender.When you use an FDIC Bank you avoid having to pay points and you get the "PAR" rate.

@Andrew Gavre there will continue to be upward pricing pressure for insurance in coastal areas for the next 2 years, just not to the 20%-30% rate increase we have been seeing.

I'm going to have an attorney review my lease agreement, but all the documentation that I have came with my BiggerPockets MANAGING RENTAL PROPERTIES book a few years ago, pre-pandemic...and it's a lot.For those using KeyCheck for their MTR listings, did you also find that additional documentation was needed, besides the 3 key things that KC provides?
