Getting the best use out of BP Pro Subscriptions
Hi everyone,
I'm new to real estate investing, focusing on commercial and mixed-use properties. I'm currently evaluating a property under escrow and gathering more details. I'd prefer to use established tools for analysis rather than starting from scratch. Could anyone share their experiences with the tools included in the Pro subscriptions? I'm also interested in understanding the learning curve for these tools and the specific advantages of the tiered plans. How have they benefited you?
Thanks!
