But I'm am now wondering if you guys can recommend some books that one has to have read to start buying real estate, I'll want to hold my real estate for a long time to generate cash flow and I am not in to quick deals/spekulation.

For example, if I have a strategy of sending several letters out for leads re: buying notes, I'm wondering if I should put all this info in a database but what have some of y'all used?
