Grants for Notes Business

I've just been turned onto the fact that there are govt grants out there to help w/various RE ventures. I've purchased a govt book on grants and been on grants.gov, but I don't see anything for a woman like myself interested in beginning a notes-purchasing business.

Have any of you gotten $$ for a notes business? Found any grants-finding programs out there you've used successfully?
