I am currently a college student with three years of College left. I work 30 hours a week at a minimal wage, and my fiance is a CNA who works full time at a minimal wage. She has a child. We are currently rent, but recently my parents told me they would GIVE me an acre of land if I wanted to build something small... Like a mobile home or something of that nature. I was curious about the process of getting a new mobile home built. It would not have to be anything wonderful, just enough for three people to live in. I am curious what the cost would be to do something like this. Is anyone familiar with Building mobile homes or anything of that nature? I live in Indiana. If anyone can help me out, that would be great! Thanks!
